Dr. Niederau Consulting&Research offers specialized services both on quantitative and qualitative aspects of modern Risk Management in industrial or financial corporations.
Our services combine more than 10 years of practical business experience in the finance industry with a sound working knowledge on modern business architectures as well as a good grasp of the pertinent quantitative methods and tools.
Our scope of activity is aligned along the various levels of Risk Management, i.e. avoiding (level 1), reducing (level 2), self-bearing (level 3), and transfer of risk (level 4). More resolution of the various levels is given in the sub-menus.
We want to stress here that our focus of optimization is on the interlinking of these various levels rather than just optimizing the respective level measures independently. This is to say we strongly support a holistic- rather than a micro-approach to managing risk.
