Dr. Niederau Consulting&Research predominantly acts within a network of risk professionals. Tailored to client or think-tank mandates, we collaborate with or employ business analysts and developers. Both within the organization as well as with business partners we favor profile and hands-on expertise rather than "paper qualifications". Reliability, alertness, and addressing problems proactively are major key values driving us in every day work. In particular, the latter means we are always keen to be at least one step ahead when a problem develops rather than just half a step behind.
